In this workshop we’ll be constructing two geometric patterns with a ruler and compass. The first, known as a ‘double seed of life’ is a beautiful pattern in its own right. However, it also serves as a grid upon which to draw a second pattern – a stunning mandala of spiralling squares. 

You’ll work alongside me as I demonstrate the process step-by-step. I’ll also share some ideas for decorating your patterns, and will demonstrate how to outline them using a pen in your compass.
