We are a group of calligraphy enthusiasts based around Gloucester. The group began life as Glevum Scribes, founded in 1991 by professional scribes, sculptors, engravers and tutors, who wished to form a group for people to share their lettering-based interests and to learn from each other. It continues to flourish with a membership of over 60 people. We welcome calligraphers of all abilities to join us.
