Modular Monolines’ was such a fun workshop in which we all explored a variety of ways to create your own unique scripts with a monoline nib. Mark introduced us to his practical step-by-step method to create a consistency and family style of letters. In the afternoon we created our own style with this lovely type of nib and found we were veering off into a variety of expressive ideas. At the end of the day it was exciting to see what everyone had done with their own experiments as we had all started with the same style.
